コロナウィルス感染拡大防止のため、オンライン（スカイプ）、電話でも相談を受け付けます。相談者、専門家、通訳の三者間をスカイプ、電話でつないで相談 をお受けします。オンラインでの相談をご希望の方は、スカイプが使えるスマートフォン、パソコンまたはタブレットを準備してください。

予約方法

8月24日（水）までに 電話、メール、Webフォームで申し込んでください。 申し込みには、名前、電話番号、メールアドレス、相談内容、対面かオンラインか、通訳が必要かどうかを知らせてください。予約受付後、詳細ついてこちらから連絡します。

Free Multilingual Consultation(In-person / Online)

  • Venue: Class room, mics Ota, 1F Ota City Consumer Center, 5-13-26 Kamata, Ota-ku, Tokyo
  • Field： Legal matters, resident status, labor, marriage and divorce, DV and everyday living in general, etc. Experts（Lawyer, Administrative Scrivener）will give you some advice on how to bring a solution to your problem. The contents of the matter will be kept confidential.
  • The consultation will be held in-person / online, and for 50 minutes each.
  • Available languages for interpretation： Japanese, English, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Thai and Russian ※Inquire first about other languages.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will also have online (Skype) consultations. The client, expert and interpreter will be connected by Skype for the consultation. For those who wish to consult through Skype, please prepare a smartphone, personal computer, or a tablet of which Skype can be of use. A telephone consultation will also be available.

How to make a reservation

Please make a reservation by phone, email or Web form by Aug. 24(Wed).When making your reservation, please provide your name, telephone number, email address, contents of the field you wish to consult, in-person or online, and whether if you need an interpreter. After receiving your application, we will contact you for more details.
